At ModernDwell, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Include original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners and suppliers, return addresses may vary depending on the item ordered. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide the correct return address along with return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ModernDwell is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at supportmoderndwell@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Including photos of the issue will help speed up the process.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Perishable goods
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to contact us before submitting a request.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must still meet the eligibility requirements listed above, including being unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Lost or Stolen Packages
ModernDwell is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
